The last week or so my ribs on the right side have HURT. I think baby B had his head pushed up against them.
Last night we were watching a movie and some kind of major rearrangement went on in there. (This was kind of cool as my husband got to feel it all for a change).
There’s nothing pushing on my ribs anymore, yay! They still feel bruised, but at least the pressure is off.
Now we’ll wait to see on Wednesday if Baby A has decided to cooperate and go head down too. I’m pretty sure he was breech for a good while, but I’ve lost track of him now. A couple weeks ago I could feel him kicking my cervix and feel his head under my ribs. I was laying in the bathtub and really relaxed, so I started massaging my belly in a circular motion to encourage him to flip. (My husband called it an external poking version) He did! He only stayed there for an hour, before I felt him flip back, though. Argh!
I just saw your ticker…99 days left! WOW!
Have you thought of any names?
And I know this is physically impossible, but Nolan seemed to like the pillowy cushions of my LUNGS at about 22 weeks and stayed there (it seemed) for the next two months.
I’m glad you have a little relief now!
